Happy Birthday to Chris!!

YEA! for Christopher - He has turned 9!!

He wanted to spend the weekend at a resort like what we have done in the past for Ashley's birthday (warmer weather and summer rates, etc). He picked the resort at South Mountain, Arizona Grand. It was closer and has a wave pool. We went there the first year it opened, about 5 years ago now, this time we enjoyed it much more.

The cool front didn't bother us. It only got up to the high 80's both days we were there. It made the concrete cooler to walk on and I just tried to stay out of the water. The kids would just jump in the giant jacuzzi went they got too cold.

For Chris' birthday dinner we all ate rattlesnake at Rustler's Rooste! They thought that was the best! Chris even has his picture on their website beginning on Friday. Here it is....good picture don't ya think?
