My Big Debut

Thursday, March 6, I ran the evening Cub Scout Roundtable. Luckily, I didn't do any the behind the scenes planning i was just filling in for Loretta who usually runs the show. The theme was magic and she loaned me her cape, hat and wand. I followed the script and waved my cape around a few times.

I had a blast and it was fun to do. I would fill in anytime. I justified to myself that i don't have any evening hobbies and an evening once in awhile...not to bad. One wonderful older man came up afterwards and commented on how i inspired him to do better. I asked him if that was his first roundtable.
