I have never seen such a cold and rainy day in May like today and yesterday! It literally rained ALL day and night! It is such a rare occurrence that we are all appreciating it and enjoying what we can. It put a little "damper" on the water activities planned for the end of year kids and birthday parties but the kids never seemed to mind. Once the kids get the idea of playing in the water a little rain and 50 degree temperatures don't deter them at all.
Emma had a couple of friends over in the morning and they still came in their swimsuits and played on the tramp with the sprinkler on. They froze but still kept on going and even ate otter pops! Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the cuties. I think their were just too many kids around and I got distracted. Easy for me to do.

Gotta love a rainy day in the desert! Kids are so funny. Wish we lived closer to come and play.
